In Dulci Jubilo, Inc is an educational non-profit organization that is dedicated to sparking the joy of learning in Berkeley’s young people. Founded in 1978, In Dulci Jubilo, Inc. has supported public school teachers in enriching their classrooms by funding creative teaching and learning projects.
In 2007, the In Dulci Jubilo, Inc. Board of Directors voted to support narrowing the achievement gap in our public schools and/or provide engaging learning experiences for young people and their families during and after school. The "teacher-only" mini-grant program was expanded to include community recipients with the focus on engaging low-performing students.In Dulci Jubilo, Inc. encourages proposals for school-wide or community-wide projects.
